I feel the urge of an actual journal entry ;). For several years I browsed da at irregular intervals and was always to ashamed to post my own stuff. Finally took the courage to make an account and I am really glad that I did.
During my short lifetime I felt the lack of exchange with other beings like or unlike me with the need to create.
On da it is overwhelming how many inspiring people and works I found.

I'd like to mention some of them (just in case you didn't know that you became a part of my daily mind with your pieces of art ;)).

His wild style attracts me in its directness. I feel awesomeness, a crazy mind and the pristine power of the pen. Gets me totally. His pieces evoke the wish to draw, just draw and stop with the gammy stuff.

Monsters. Cracked up toys. Dreadful mermaids. Jackalopes. And the linework is just great. I love her ideas and how clear they come out. Wonderful.

She's got it. Her sketchbook is full of dreams, facts and art. Gorgeous mixed techniques and a fresh style.

Her doodles and prints are sweet and touching. Her style is so playfully and lovable. and the "If you go down to the woods today" series is just endearing.

His comic style got me. I like the linework, the details and the humor.

Stumbled upon his gallery cause I missed Terry Pratchett and found Irkhal's lovely picture of death and DEATH (Gaiman / Pratchett). But I found way more then a homage for two great writers. Aliens, dinosaurs -huntress, Cesar the ape and ocean spirits. A mind full of kick-ass ideas.

His skills with the pencil are bodacious. I love the shadings and the will for expression. I look at his drawings and am connected to the drawn people. Incredible.

I searched for potential "Mae Jemison" references and found the loveliest, cosiest paintings. Her style is so warm, the colours so well selected and I feel like chocolate pudding inside when I look at her art.

I'm excited and hope for more ;). His paintings show me how small the gate between spirit world and reality is. I am really attracted by the energy of his paintings.

Just wow. Incredible productive and every piece of art f**ks my soul. For me his drawings are the essence of the hurt human soul after thousand and thousand years of war and otherwise the absolute need for humans to express themselves or they would die. Awesome, mind-blowing, vast.
